On 25 February 2005, Mr. Le Hoai Duong was invited to the seminar on Drafting the law on Intellectual Property co-organised by the Ministry of Science & Technology and Ministry of Culture & Information.

At the Seminar, Mr. Duong contributed his valuable comments on making the law on Intellectual Property in order for it to meet the requirements of the TRIPS Agreement. Participants of the Seminar were members of the IP Law Drafting Board, specialists of the Ministry of Science & Technology, Ministry of Culture & Information, experts of STAR-VIETNAM Project and many officials of relevant ministries.
