On November 7, 2011, The National Office of Intellectual Property granted by its Decision No. 44385/QĐ-SHTT the Design Patent to Apple Inc. for “Electronic Device”. Smart multifunctional products of Apple are now flooding the electronics market of Vietnam. Le & Le is proud to have advised and represented Apple in prosecution of this design in Vietnam.
